I can take a few tears now and then
And I just let ‘em out
I’m not afraid to cry every once in a while
Even though goin’ on
With you gone still upsets me
There are days every now and again
I pretend I’m okay
But that’s not what gets me...
thinking that it would automatically bring me happiness, but than i discovered, that life, is full of as many dissapointments as before.
I'm not suppose to make the same mistake, a constant reminder i remind myself. I'll try to play it cool if its what you want. I dont want to shatter what i hope to be perfect... its always ok, i cant bare to accept the consequences.
Last week, i finally learnt that time can pass incredibly fast when you're having fun. But time can also pass incredibly slowly when you find that you are actually quite lonely, not surrounded by the safty network of your friends, of your love ones.
it is then i pull my knees up to my cheast and cradle them with my arms, crying as if my heart is going to break.
"Yes", i try to smile.
"I'll be fine."
